| Text (English translation) | John Sewale of Coggeshall by his attorney versus Adam Gerfank, John Gerfank of Barling, John Marchall of Rochford, John Curtelle, tailor, William Chaundeller of Prittlewell, William Sare, John May of Prittlewell, John Thurkyld of Barling, Thomas Thurkyld of Burnham-on-Crouch, Laurence Trumpour of Leigh-on-Sea, John Pulter of Leigh-on-Sea, John Tonge of Prittlewell, John Heyward, labourer and Richard Ferrour of Prittlewell on a plea of trespass. And they do not come; and it was ordered to the sheriff as before to arrest them, and the sheriff returns that they are not found; and it was ordered as previously to the sheriff to the arrest them, and they should appear before the king on the feast of All Souls [2 November].
