| Text (English translation) | Norfolk. The Prioress of Carrow by Henry de Lesyngham her attorney appears against William Glovere of Wroxham, Henry Stanford of Wroxham, Geoffrey Hengham, John Nicole and Margaret his wife on a plea that they broke with force and arms the close of the said Prioress at Carrow and took goods and chattels to the value of twenety pounds and took and carried away court rolls and other muniments. Sheriff ordered to distrain them to be in the Court of Common Pleas in the octave of Hillary. |
