And that Henry Reyse of Dilham killed Robert de Salle, knight. And that William Gulles of Tunstead was helping and abetting the aforesaid murder. And that William de Belhous of Aylsham beheaded Reginald de Eccles. And that Adam Norman of Beeston [St Lawrence] and John his son plundered of the goods of Reginald Eccles two quarters and four bushels of malt worth 7 s. 6 d. And that Adam Martyn of Smallburgh, beheaded, plundered of the goods of Henry Lomynour a furred gown worth 40 s. and a strong-box with movables and jewels worth 40 s.; and he is a common evildoer and despoiler. And that William, chaplain of the parish church of Scottow feloniously slew Hugo Avelyn. And that John Levesson of Sutton plundered of the goods of John Aslake three quarters of malt worth 9 s. And that Roger Bakoun, knight, is a common raiser and leader of the people against the peace of the lord king. And that Adam atte Lath, Hervey Coppyng, Thomas Lomb of Neatishead, John Benke, John Elys of Horning, beheaded, John Gegebald of Catfield, John Skondere with several other evildoers came with force and arms and burned all the court and leet rolls of the abbey of St Benet's at Holme against the peace of the lord king and to the grave damage and disinheriting of the said abbey and convent. And that Thomas de Suffolk of Swanton [Abbott] with others unknown did likewise with the court rolls of the priory and convent of Bromholm. And that John Yooke of Tunstead with others unknown did likewise with the court rolls of Gimingham and Tunstead pertaining to the manor of the lord duke of Lancaster. And that Richard Bemond of Bradfield with others unknown did likewise with the court rolls of the pertaining to the sacristan of Bury pertaining to his manor of Aylsham.
