Text (English translation)Inquisition held ex officio at Reepham (Norfolk) on the last day of March 5 Richard II (31 March 1382) before William Hastyngs, escheator of the lord king in the beforementioned county, [the jurors] said upon their oath that William Bisshop of Bintree, traitor and fugitive for diverse insurrections in Bintree ... had goods and chattels worth 5 s. Item they said that said William Draper of Lyng, traitor and fugitive for diverse insurrections ... had goods and chattels in Lyng worth 7 s. 8 d.
