Text (English translation)Writ: King Richard II to William Hastynges, escheator in Norfolk, informing him that he has appointed Jacob de Billingford, clerk, and John Brundale to the custody of a cottage with appurtenance in Great Yarmouth, 33 acres of land and 2 s. and 6 d. of rent in Mundham in the county of Norfolk, which belonged to Henry Bungey of Canterbury, deceased, and in the king's hand for diverse treasons and felonies for which the said Henry was sentenced to death; they should hold (the cottage and the land) from next Eastern for ten years ...
