John Bromwych knight, plaintiff, appears by John Dymmok his attorney against Robert Hareware and Nicholas Edewyne junior, defendants, on a plea that together with Robert de Mepeshale, John le Smyth of Felsted, Nicholas Edewyne senior, Richard Edewyne, John Benet of 'la Farhey', William Wigge, Robert atte Brygge of Felsted, Roger Wodehous, John Oldehall, Stephen Seriaunt, John atte Noke and Jacob Lithyngge they broke with force and arms the close and houses of John Bromwych at Felsted and burnt charters, writings, roills and other muniments found there and took and carried away goods and chattels worth £40. Sheriff ordered to arrest Robert and Nicholas so that they appear in quindene of Trinity 1382. |
