Thomas Barentyn and John Harewedon, plaintiffs, appear by John Corbrigg their attorney against John Eldehall Geoffrey Testepyn John Arundell Stephen Seriaunt and Stephen Prior on a plea that with force and arms they burnt rolls, writings and other muniments of Thomas and John Harewedon at Saling. They do not come. Each of them attached by Robert West and Adam Scot, so they are in mercy. Sheriff ordered to distrain them to appear in court in quindene of Trinity 1382. |
