Thomas de Mounteney, Edmund de Southous and Richard de Southous for William Drake to give up property to Geoffrey Dedmore
[The jurors] also say that Thomas de Mounteney, Edmund de Southous and Richard de Southous came to Hoe on Wednesday 20th June 1381 on the request of Geoffrey Dedmore and threatened William Drake whereby out of fear the aforesaid William waived one messuage and 80 acres of land for the benefit of Geoffrey Dedmore.
