Also they present that William, parish chaplain of the village of Scottow on Saturday 29th June 1381, out of his wickedness and with premeditation, killed Hugo Aveline of Hautbois, for the reason that the said Hugo had said that they did wrong who plundered the goods and chattels of John Whyte, and that the aforesaid William was a common raiser of the people against the peace etc.
