2807John Iwode v Nicholas Grym, further processSussex - Nicholas Grym in mercy for many defaults. Same Nicholas attached to answer John Iwode by his attorney Robert Oxenbrigge on a plea that on 13 June 1381 with William Grym with force and arms, namely, swords, bows and arrows, he broke the close and houses of the said John at Warbilton and took and carried away goods and chattels, namely 100 bushels of oats, woollen and linen cloth and bronze dishes to the value of £40, along with charters, writings and other muniments, namely 20 charters, three debt obligations, court rolls and rentals, and did other injuries to the great damage (£40) of the said John. Nicholas comes by Gilbert Hamme his attorney and pleads not guilty - both parties on country, jurors to come in octave of Trinity.
