To the sheriff of Kent. Order to seize all goods and chattels of Thomas de Wotton [Wootton] of Kent, and safe keep them until 30l. be thereof levied and delivered in the king's name to Richard Grene, certifying in chancery his dealing in the matter; as the said Thomas received of the said Richard, as he has witnessed by word of mouth, 30l. for wages to sail on the king's service over sea, and may not nor ought so to sail by reason of certain offences against the king.
