Henry Lomenour v. John Pertrych and others on a plea that they broke his close and houses at Norwich with force and arms and cut down and carried off his trees along with other goods and chattels, money and documents, and they threatened the same Henry with the destruction of his houses unless Henry Ged, John Sporle and John Geywode paid them a fine of forty pounds in the name of the same Henry, to the great harm and against the peace etc. They do not appear; sheriff ordered to seize etc.
