Property of William Hastyngs at Irmingland attacked with force and arms; close and houses broken; goods and chattels stolen; documents burnt. They do not appear; John Smyth and John son of John Skynnere attached and in mercy; sheriff ordered to distrain and produce them in octave of Hilary. The others have nothing.
Henry Lumenour v. John Smyth and others on a plea of trespass. Individuals claiming to be the defendants appear, but Lumenour through his attorney says that they are not the same people against whom he brought his writ.
