William Bysouth takes a forcible fine from John Shordych
William Bysouth, on Wednesday 12 June 1381, sent to John Shordych of the county of Middlesex certain men from his company, that if the said John did not make a fine with him on the morrow, he would kill the same John and burn down his dwelling house. Upon which the aforesaid John Shordych sent on the morrow to the aforesaid William certain men, who were to deal with him in the name of the aforesaid John Shordych, and they gave to him 11 marks, which the same William, an enemy of the lord king, received from the same John there on the aforesaid day and year, and this he did feloniously and traitorously.
