Exchequer case concerning a dispute over the property of John Hanchach, traitor
William, parson of the church of Fulborne, Henry Heylon, Robert, parson of the church of Wamford and John de Wethersfeld plead through William Hungate, their attorney, for possession of the manor of Shudy Camps, which was recently inquired into by Ralph Wykes, escheator, amongst other property of John Hanchach, who rose up against the king on 13 June 1381, by reason of a prior claim. The barons find in their favour.
