2894 | William Geldere incites others to despoil John Reed of Rougham | William Geldere of Feltwell was a chief leader of wrongdoers in this rumour, and with many others unknown so incited, and they threatened Osbert de Mundesford and Benedict de Hocham to rise up with them against the king's peace on Monday 17th June 1381 at the time of the uprising and (the) rumour, and that the aforesaid Osbert and Benedict in fear of their imminent beheading and despoiling of their goods rode with them.
