John Clerk as accomplice to murder of John Tece
[The jurors] also say that John Clerk, of Wincheap, weaver [webbe], with other unknown malefactors, made insurrection against the peace of our Lord the King, and was aiding and abetting when John Tece was feloniously killed at Canterbury, on Saturday next after the feast of the Holy Trinity, in the fourth year of the reign of the King that now is (15th June, 1381).
