Robert Herde kills John Raas
[The jurors] also say that Robert Herde of Toft Monks at the time of the rising on Tuesday 18th June 1381 in a warlike manner feloniously killed John Raas of Blundeston at Lowestoft.
[The jurors] also say that Robert Herde of Toft Monks in a warlike manner on the same Tuesday was consenter, abettor and attendant of the aforesaid crime at Lowestoft at the time of the rising.
[The jurors] also say that the aforesaid Robert Herde on the aforesaid Tuesday in a warlike manner feloniously entered the close of John Race of Blundeston and there he feloniously plundered and carried away brass pots, cows, sheep and wool worth £4.
