William de Belstede and William Sleford plunder Roger Nowelyn
William, son of John de Belstede of Poringland and William Sleford and others unknown came on Thursday 20th June 1381 at the time of the rising with force and arms [and] in a warlike manner against the peace to the dwelling-house of Roger Nowelyn of Holverston in the same village and broke into the houses and they plundered and took away ten quarters of malt and other goods and chattels found there, namely ten quarters of malt, nine male and female piglets, 25 sheep, two cows and three calves and a brazen pot worth 100 s.
