Theobald Elys of the county of Kent was the chief one of the wrongdoers at the time of the insurrection and came feloniously to the house of John Botirwyk and burnt it down at Knightsbridge on Friday 14 June 1381. He pleads not guilty; jury to come in octave of St Michael.
