4245 | John Dene committed to gaol for diverse felonies | John Dene of Merstham, at another time taken for diverse felonies and committed to the aforesaid goal in the custody of William Percy, late sheriff of the aforesaid county, now came before the justices here, having been brought by the now sheriff, and upon this, the aforesaid indictment having been seen, on account that the justices here are not yet advised to arraign the same John upon that indictment.
