Theobald Elys of the county of Kent was arrested for wrongdoings at the time of the insurrection and went feloniously to the house of John Boterwyk at Knightsbridge and burnt it on Friday 14 June 1381.
Theobald Elys extorts money from Elizabeth Spygurnel
Theobald Elys feloniously and treasonably went to the house of Elizabeth Spygurnel in the parish of St Clements next the Tower, London, and threatened to kill the aforesaid Elizabeth unless she made a quittance, and in fear of her life Elizabeth made a quittance for £10 on Friday 14 June 1381.
