Norfolk. The same Hugh appears through his aforesaid attorney, against John Turnebole, Edward Gouche, Andrew Fyk of Yelverton junior, Andrew Fyk of Yelverton senior, Richard Thedward, William Barster, Nicholas Prour of Poringland, John Bonsted, William Tephay of Shotesham, William Sherman, John Millere, Walter Huttyng and John Manndevyle on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and houses of the said Hugh in the town of Great Yarmouth and took and carried away his goods and chattels found there to the value of £40, and other enormities, against the peace. And they do not come. Therefore, the sheriff was ordered to arrest them. And the sheriff reports that they cannot be found. Therefore, just as previously the sheriff is ordered to arrest them and produce them here at the quindene of Trinity 1382.
