Pardon to Robert Westbrom of Bury [Bury St Edmunds], mercer, in respect of all insurrections, treasons, seditions and other offences committed before 22 Dec 6 Ric. II, and remission of all sums of money by way of recognisance or obligation made before that date, in consideration of the submission of certain men of the town for themselves and others, and their having made a fine of 2,000 marks with the Council.
