Details | The same Andrew [Cavendyssh] by his attorney versus Thomas Notebeem on the aforesaid plea. He does not appear. And as the sheriff was often ordered to distrain him. And the sheriff returns that the aforesaid Thomas is distrained of a profit of 2 s and mainprised by Henry Est, Robert Soone, John Hert and William Bull. Therefore they are in mercy. And as often before the sheriff is ordered to distrain him by all his lands etc. and to report about the profits etc. And that he has his body before the king in the octave of St Michael. |
