[The jurors] also say that Robert Assheby of Haslingfeld, butcher, and John Scot of Stapleford broke into the houses of Roger Harlaston in Cambridge on the aforesaid Sunday, and feloniously stole corn and malt, the value of which is unknown. And they rose treasonably against their allegiance.
