[The jurors] also say that on the same Monday John Lathale of Wymondham along with many others came to Hackford with force and arms and against the peace, and there he openly threatened the life and limb of Richard Palmere, that if he did not want to give him money he would break his arms and legs, and thus extorted from him 13 s. 4 d. And from there he went to the village of Kimberley and there in the same way took by extortion 4 s. from Stephen de Langham.
