[The jurors] also say that John Caperoun of Marlesford came with force and arms at the time of the rising, in a warlike manner against the peace and dignity of the crown, to the village of Marlesford on Monday 17th June 1381, and imprisoned Henry de Desenyng until he made a fine to the aforesaid John Caperoun of 40 d. for his deliverance (and) for fear of his life.
