Also, the jurors say that, on Saturday next after the feast of Corpus Christi, in the foresaid year (15th June, 1381), Henry Bongay, armourer, of Canterbury, caused a proclamation to be made in the city of Canterbury, by which proclamation John Tece of Canterbury, was slain, so that the said Henry was the cause of the death of the said John.
