| Details | Norfolk. The same Hugh appears through his aforesaid attorney, against John Fistolf of Stoke, Clement de Drentale, John Arnald, John Davy, Thomas, son of Andrew Redere of Norwich, painter, Robert Halle of Halvergate, Edward Lawe, John Dayman, Robert Thurkyld of North Walsham, John Pouchemakere, William Smyth of Hedenham and John Dayesy on a plea that with force and arms they broke the close and houses of the said Hugh in the town of Great Yarmouth and took and carried away his goods and chattels found there to the value of £40, and other enormities, against the peace. And they do not come. Therefore, the sheriff was ordered to arrest them. And the sheriff reports that they cannot be found. Therefore, just as previously the sheriff is ordered to arrest them and produce them here at the quindene of Trinity 1382. |
