[The jurors] also say that John Jenour and Adam Rogges, congregators and maintainers at the time of the rising, in a warlike manner and against the dignity of the crown feloniously and treacherously entered the close and houses of Robert Asshefeld at Battisford, namely on Saturday 15th June 1381 and there they feloniously plundered and carried off pans, linen, wool, sheep, cows, horses and other goods and chattels worth 100 marks of the said Robert at Battisford.
