[The jurors] also say that the said John Upton, the brother, on the morrow of St. Peter ad Vincula (2nd August), in the foresaid year, falsely and maliciously broke into the close of John Mareys, Vicar of the church of Waltham, at Waltham, and took false seisin, and threatened the life of the said Vicar.
